Mat Rosswood is a lead partner in BDO’s Transaction Advisory Practice. Working closely with BDO’s Capital Markets and Private Equity teams, Mat builds collaborative multi-disciplinary teams to support both strategic and financial sponsors in both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
