Cohen is an Associate in Thompson & Knight’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation in the areas of patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and unfair competition. His experience includes representing clients in patent, trademark, and copyright infringement litigation, TTAB proceedings, trademark investigations and prosecution, domain name disputes, as well as intellectual property licensing. He is an active member of the legal community, holding membership in the American Intellectual Property Law Association, American Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.

The Cardozo Society was founded by the Attorneys Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas to strengthen relationships among Jewish lawyers in Dallas by promoting community service, education, and leadership.
