Shawn Mora began working with Simmers Financial group in June 2010 and has progressed through the training program at a rapid pace. Shawn states, “An undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and an MBA from Cal Poly Pomona has given me the fundamentals to set the foundation for organizational growth as we implement our plans to grow the company both here in Arizona and beyond.” The Executive Training Program developed by Simmers Financial Group seeks to develop Branch managers through training and mentoring which provides individuals the opportunity to have their own branch in 24-30 months.
