Celebrate Elvis Presley's Birthday with Free Oil Changes

Santa Cruz, CA, January 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Doc Auto, Santa Cruz's premier auto repair shop, is offering free oil changes to anyone who comes in dressed like Elvis Presley on Monday, Jan. 9, 2012.

The Elvis oil change promotion is set to commemorate the King of Rock’s 77th birthday.

To receive the free basic oil change, customers must dress like Elvis and visit Doc Auto on Monday, Jan. 9. The costume does not have to be elaborate. However, customers should definitely resemble the King.

“We wanted to do something special to celebrate Elvis Presley’s birthday,” said Ken Potts, owner of Doc Auto. “This is our way of having some fun with our customers.”

Elvis Presley’s birthday is actually on Sunday, Jan. 8. However, Doc Auto is closed during the weekends. The auto shop’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Doc Auto is located at 908 Ocean St. in Santa Cruz.
