Capital Residential Announces Opening of New Norwell MA Real Estate Office
Capital Residential Real Estate relocates to new headquarters in Norwell MA to accommodate the growing firm and its expanding brokerage and advisory services provided to home buyers and sellers throughout the South Shore of Boston.
Norwell, MA, January 09, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Capital Residential Real Estate celebrates its fourth year in business with the relocation and opening of its new office at 429 Washington Street in Norwell MA. According to Founder and Realtor® George Jamieson, “The move from Hingham to larger office space next to Garden Craft on Route 53 in Norwell will accommodate the growing firm and its expanding real estate brokerage and advisory services.”
Jamieson stated, “You can’t miss our new bright red door and the beautiful building that emerged over the last few weeks. The building underwent significant renovations and will be our real estate headquarters for years to come.” Jamieson added, “We look forward to building new relationships and expanding our client-focused real estate services for home buyers and sellers, builders, investors and business property owners throughout the South Shore.
We’ll continue to provide our customers and agents with the leadership, knowledge, skills, strategic planning and enhanced on-line marketing services necessary in today’s market.”
According to Jamieson, “The property was the scene of a 100-year old murder mystery in which, Naval Admiral Joseph Eaton, a Medal of Honor recipient was murdered at the hands of his much younger wife who was suspected of poisoning the Admiral’s roast pork dinner with arsenic. Mrs. Eaton was acquitted in the internationally covered media story, but revelations years later that past property owners found arsenic bottles between the walls during construction has brought new attention to the mystery,” Jamieson stated, “This could be one of the oldest cold case files in Norwell, but to the disappointment of my building contractors, no new evidence or arsenic bottles were found during our building renovations.”
Capital Residential Real Estate is a full-service brokerage and advisory firm focused on leveraging relationships, strategy and technology to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. The company is dedicated to helping the lives of children and those less fortunate. The company has committed to donating 10% of its profit to youth sports, camperships, local food pantries and South Shore charitable organizations.
