Meritage Management Announce Four New Associates

Salt Lake City, UT, January 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Meritage Management, a Utah company, is excited to announce it has added four new associates to its diverse Salt Lake City team.

Meritage Management will now provide management services, including financial, community management, communications, record-keeping and administrative management services to various properties and holdings in Utah.

Queen Victoria Condominiums is located in the Valleybrook Community, UT. It features 60 condominium units, and the Maser Association features a swimming pool, tennis courts and basketball courts. The community will be managed by Ed Salter.

Bobby's Hunt HOA and The Reserve at East Ridge HOA are a new construction currently being built in Reno area. The communities are being built by Prosucacci Development Corporation and will be managed by Ann Winston. Bobby's Hunt HOA will feature 17 units, while The Reserve at East Ridge HOA will consist of 45 units.

The Cascades upon the Course is a Horton & Sons community located in eastern Salt Lake City. An active-adult community consisting of 397 units, its amenities include a billiards room, men's and ladies' card rooms, a ballroom, an arts and crafts center, bocce ball and tennis courts, putting greens and a pool. The property will be managed by Meritage Management’s Donna Henderson.
