Sino-Sud Resources Preparing for Next Phase of Ecuador Project
With the second ecological study successfully completed, Sino-Sud Resources is clear to proceed to the next phase of the massive gold exploration and mining project in the Napo Province of Ecuador.
Guangzhou, China, January 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The tenth sub-section of the Napo province concession was identified as a potentially rich find based on test drilling, chip sampling, and mapping of surface mineralization. Consulting geologists and other mining experts have reviewed the resultant data and reported unanimously that the expansion of mining operations is justified, likely very profitable and being technically feasible.
Based on the consistency of the historical mining of narrow quartz-pyrite on adjacent sub-sections, the Ecuador project is expected to produce a full yield for at least two decades. Preliminary metallurgical examinations suggest the new process plant would combine gravity and oxidation circuits. An economic analysis of the proposed sub-project has indicated a return on investment nearly twice the average of the region including a typical contingency allowance.
