IMC Club Appoints Regional Vice Presidents
Norwood, MA, January 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- IMC Club International, Inc. has named, Steve Cunningham of Nashua, NH, Jim Hendricks of Naples, FL and Michael Radomsky as regional vice presidents of its Northeastern, Southern and Western Regions. Stephen Cunningham owns and operates Nashua Flight Simulator which he founded in 2006 on Boire field (KASH) in Nashua NH. He serves as the Nashua IMC Club’s Chapter President. Formerly Steve served as the President/CEO of the United States Aerobatic Team (frequently referred to as the “Olympics of the Skies”), as the Managing Director/CEO for the Rhinebeck Aerodrome Museum & Old Rhinebeck Airshows, Inc. and finally, as the Director of Marketing & Sales for the Atlantic Flyer.
Mike Radomsky learned to fly in his native South Africa, where he instructed before emigrating to the USA. Mike was a founding member and President, of the Cirrus Owners and Pilots Association (COPA). Today he is President Emeritus of that organization, a member of the Permanent Editorial Board of the Aviators Model Code of Conduct, a Mission Orientation Pilot for Angel Flight West, and a member of the Society of Aviation and Flight Educators. He serves as the Las Vegas IMC Club’s Chapter President.
Jim Hendricks owns and operates the Naples Flight Simulator Center in Florida. A graduate of Spartan College in 1972 with an aviation maintenance diploma, Jim has a multi-faceted background as a corporate pilot, flight and simulator instructor and an aviation consultant in the USA and Africa. He served as a regional airline Captain and has strong experience with military and government agencies as well as with Part 121 airline and Part 135 charter. In his career Jim also was a jet examiner and check airman including an eight year tenure at Flight Safety International in New York and Orlando as an instructor, program manager and examiner. He also serves as the Naples IMC Club’s Chapter President.
Each regional Vice President will oversee activities in their region by communicating with chapter heads, participating in teleconferences with other Regional VPs, developing regional projects that help build an aviation community spirit among members and working with the IMC Club President to identify and develop new chapters.
The IMC Club is a membership based Non-Profit 501(c) (3) organization focused on instrument rated pilots and flight instructors, with a network of chapters throughout the nation.
The IMC Clubs purpose is to promote instrument flying proficiency and safety. In addition to providing IFR flying tips and monthly local chapter meetings, the Club’s “pro members” section now offers a new online program, The IFR Mastery Series. The IFR Mastery Series is a continuing online series of monthly workshops, each designed to improve your flying technique, general IFR knowledge and overall aviation safety.
