Planet Technologies Receives Perfect Scores in Latest Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey
Germantown, MD, January 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Planet Technologies, a leading Microsoft IT consulting and services partner, announced today they have received perfect scores in all categories in the most recent Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) for 2011. Most notable include 100% in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty and Overall Performance.
All of Planet’s customers fell into the "Champion" quadrant, ranking Planet among the top Microsoft partners in the world. Planet scored nearly 20% above the average of other Microsoft partners for Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty and 35% higher for Overall Performance. Results are taken from an independent third party survey as part of the Microsoft Partner Program re-enrollment process.
