TV4U Names the Five Heavyweights Slated to Battle Alvaro Morales on January 21 at the Silver Saddle Saloon in Las Vegas
TVS Television Network will produce this made for TV entertainment event, the first since ABC hosted George Foreman taking on five opponents back in the 1970's.
Henderson, NV, January 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- TV4U.Com, the 48 channel free internet TV network, has announced the five heavyweight boxers who will appear with the #11 ranked in Mexico heavyweight Alvaro Morales on Saturday, January 21 at 3pm in the Silver Saddle Saloon in Las Vegas.
The five heavyweights are Jose Martinez, Eliseo Duran, Sergio Soto, Carlos Fletes, and Luis Fernandez. Each will appear for two rounds against Las Vegas-based Mexican heavyweight Alvaro Morales in a made for TV event. The show will appear on the Azteca American channel KHDF-TV 19 in Las Vegas as well as on KTUD-TV 14.
Alvaro Morales is currently ranked #11 among heavyweights in Mexico. He currently fights out of Las Vegas.
This event is the first boxing entertainment show staged at the historic Silver Saddle Saloon in downtown Las Vegas. The entertainment begins at 3pm on Saturday, January 21 with the boxing entertainment portion about an hour later.

This nugget of a show at the Silver Saddle Saloon is a part of the continuing boxing on television program by TV4U, a 48 channel IPTV network. TV4U is also promoting major amateur fights at the Italian American Club in Las Vegas, and is set to announce pro club boxing plans in association with Boxing Illustrated Magazine and Las Vegas boxing promoter Sterling McPherson.
The Alvaro Morales vs. Five Heavyweights TV show will appear on broadcast TV stations syndicated by the TVS Television Network, as well as on several regional sports cable networks and on TVS Boxing.Net, TVS Sports.com, and several other IPTV channels. It is the first of a series of 'boxing entertainment' shows staged at the Silver Saddle Saloon in Las Vegas.
The show will also be available on DVD via TVS Home Video.
George Foreman "fought" five opponents in Toronto in 1975 on ABC Wide World of Sports. Earnie Shavers fought five guys in Phoenix in 1993 on the Tavern Television Network. These are the only known "5 against 1" exhibitions known to have been contested.
The Silver Saddle Saloon in Las Vegas is looking to use Alvaro Morales vs. Five Heavyweights show to kick off their enhanced sports and entertainment offerings at the historic Las Vegas casino.
