William Peace University Names Carolyn T. Nye, Ph.D. Business Faculty and Program Coordinator
Four-Year Baccalaureate University Hires Former Faculty Member with 16 Years of Teaching Experience to Oversee Business/Human Resources/Leadership Program
Raleigh, NC, January 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- William Peace University (http://www.peace.edu), a private four-year university located in downtown Raleigh, has announced the hiring of Carolyn T. Nye, Ph.D., as the university’s business faculty and program coordinator for business/human resources/leadership. Formerly serving on the business faculty of William Peace University from 2000 through 2005 before returning to the campus this year, Dr. Nye will be responsible for teaching marketing and business courses, advising students, supervising student internships, managing and evaluating adjunct professors, and developing the business curriculum. With 16 years of educational experience, Dr. Nye has held business faculty positions at Meredith College in Raleigh, Campbell University in Buies Creek, N.C., and Francis Marion University in Florence, S.C. She has served as assistant controller at Research Planning, Inc. in Columbia, S.C., accountant at Envoy Systems Corp. in Waltham, Mass. and marketing associate at Hewlett Packard in Andover, Mass. as well.
