Indra Public Relations Applauds Tenor Luciano Lamonarca's Release of His 2nd Album "The Impossible Dream" - January 7, 2012

New York, NY, January 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Tenor Luciano Lamonarca released his new album “The Impossible Dream,” in which he explores for the first time the American and Broadway repertoire, recording two of the worldwide famous songs, "Maria" from the musical "West Side Story" and the latter, "The Impossible Dream” from “The Man of La Mancha,” which was used as background in the video he created for the 1st anniversary of the United Nations Academic Impact.

The album also includes the empowering song “My Way” made famous by Frank Sinatra. In Lamonarca’s tenorial version, it acquires an even more powerful meaning due to his emphatic, operatic voice and to the fact that Luciano is a self-made artist - the lyrics of the song resonate with his own life and career.

The two renditions of Ave Maria occupy a special place in his album, one by Franz Schubert and the other by Charles Gounod, an emotional tribute to the Virgin Mary and the Catholic spirit. Also, the two wonderful Neapolitan Songs, “O Sole Mio” and “Core 'Ngrato,” bring remarkable joy.

The album ends with the most famous operatic aria, “Nessun Dorma,” Luciano Pavarotti's masterpiece.

Tenor Luciano Lamonarca formed a partnership with the New York Choral Society’s Mini Maestro Program, whereby the tenor will donate part of the proceeds of each song sold through December 31, 2012. This program enables New York City public school students and their parents to attend performances at Carnegie Hall at no expense to them.
