Smartware Group Grows 36% in 2011

Center Harbor, NH, January 19, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Smartware Group, Inc., the premier provider of Bigfoot CMMS (computerized maintenance management software) for managing maintenance of facilities and production equipment, today announced that top line revenues grew 36 percent in 2011 compared to 22 percent in 2010.

“Nearly 100 new customers, including new divisions within existing client companies, and a customer retention rate of 90 percent added up to the 36 percent growth this past year,” said Paul Lachance, President and CTO of Smartware Group.

Also in 2011, Smartware Group increased head-count in sales and operations, and added numerous Bigfoot product enhancements, including:

- greater flexibility in PM scheduling
- improved reporting for greater ‘drilled down’ asset analysis
- enhanced tracking of replacement parts inventory
- barcoding work orders for easy access and retrieval
