Dr. Bill Holevas Sponsors Patient for LEAP Foundation

Elgin, IL, January 20, 2012 --(PR.com)-- In August 2011, Dental Passions sponsored their patient, Brian Krup to attend a conference for young adults held at the University of California in Los Angeles. The LEAP (Leadership, Excellence and Accelerating Potential) Foundation has created a curriculum where students develop fundamental tools that are integral to creating success in life. Brian, a senior at Trinity International University and an aspiring business-owner, had an invaluable experience. "The biggest thing I learned was how to network, or in other words, how to build relationships and connections. I learned the importance of being more interested than interesting when talking to people."

LEAP is the type of program that will fuel their passions and motivate them beyond what they thought possible. Through workshops and speakers ranging from comedians to humanitarians, students gain the secrets to cracking their homework and cracking their fears so that they may lead in their school and career communities.

Fifty of the nation’s most successful people all in one room and every student will walk away with at least one life changing tool to use. However, it’s not just about seeing and hearing the mentors present, it’s about allowing the kids to reach out and get a helping hand from these influential people who will become a connection for them in the real world.
