Assured Systems UK Release the NDiS 126 Atom D2700 Embedded PC
Assured Systems, a leading UK system integrator, is pleased to release Nexcom’s latest embedded computer system, the NDiS 126. The product is based around Intel’s latest Intel Atom processor, the 2.16GHz D2700 Cedar Trail platform. Graphics performance comes integrated on the CPU utilising Intel’s GMA 3650 graphics engine, which includes a video encoder and is suitable for playing 1080P video content.
Stafford, United Kingdom, January 20, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The NDiS 126 system offers a wealth of connectivity via six USB 2.0 ports, a serial port, dual Gigabit Ethernet, an integrated SIM slot for WWAN, and a Mini-PCIe slot for adding Wi-Fi or a video capture capability. The system is housed in a rugged, fanless aluminium chassis ideal for applications where dust is present, and measuring just 185mm x 147mm x 49mm the NDiS 126 is smaller than a sheet of A5 paper.
Whilst it lends itself to multi-media applications, the NDiS 126 low-power industrial system is ideal for all applications requiring a small, high reliability, revision controlled platform, such as industrial control, factory floor automation, pharmaceutical management & dispensing, inventory control, and POS systems.
