Zurzola has served as a member of the board since 2009. Zurzola has also been appointed to serve as the Solicitor to the Montgomery County Treasurer, Jason Salus.
As Chair of the East Norriton Township Board of Supervisors, Zurzola is responsible for leading the Board in making all decisions concerning the 2nd Class Township in Eastern Montgomery County, PA’s annual budget of more than $24 million for 2012. East Norriton, a rapidly expanding Philadelphia suburb, is also the site of the new Einstein Regional Medical Center.
As special counsel to the Treasurer, Zurzola is responsible for advising Jason Salus on his fiduciary duties as custodian of all county funds, in his role as Chairman of the County Investment Board, Treasurer of the Employee Retirement System, member of the Depository Board and as Director of the Tax Claim Bureau.
