McKim & Creed Professionals Earn National Certifications
Jason Savage, PE, CCCA, LEED AP, and Michael Perkins, CCCA, both of the engineering, surveying and planning firm of McKim & Creed, have earned national pipeline assessment and documentation certifications from the National Association of Sewer Service Companies. They join four others within the company who have received these certifications.
Raleigh, NC, January 26, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Jason Savage, PE, CCCA, LEED AP, and Michael Perkins, CCCA, both of the engineering, surveying and planning firm of McKim & Creed, have earned national pipeline assessment and documentation certifications from the National Association of Sewer Service Companies. They join four others within the company who have received these certifications.
Savage and Perkins each received certifications in the Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP), the Manhole Assessment and Certification Program (MACP), and the Lateral Assessment and Certification Program (LACP). These are standard coding and ranking systems developed by NASSCO to standardize pipe and manhole assessment, and set industry standards for the rehabilitation of underground utilities.
Savage is a construction administrator who specializes in construction administration, construction observation and concrete field testing. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University with undergraduate and graduate degrees in civil engineering, construction engineering and management. He joined McKim & Creed in 2007.
Perkins is a senior construction administrator who joined McKim & Creed in 1991. He holds a degree in environmental science from Bluefield State College, and has more than 30 years’ experience in the areas of construction observation, inspection and quality assurance.
