VPcard, LLC Launches The Virtual Pcard Network

From small businesses to the federal government, procurement cards (purchasing cards, or p-cards) have become a widely used tool for small-dollar purchases. The VPcard Network is an interconnected group of customers and their vendors that allows tracking of p-card purchases, improves transaction visibility, increases spend control, and eases monthly credit card statement reconciliation.
