98.1 Free FM Announces Their “Under the Covers” Contest on the London ON Radio Station

London, Canada, January 27, 2012 --(PR.com)-- 98.1 Free FM has announced that the November, “Under the Covers” contest is now well underway. The contest offers fans a chance to win professional recording time at EMAC Studios and $4000, by recording a cover song by the featured artist, of the London ON radio station’s choosing. To date, there have been Beatles and Neal Young editions and the current contest’s focus is on the 1990’s.

The London ON radio program is eager to hear what their listeners submit. The 1990’s was a pivotal decade for many genres of music and the broadcasters is offering this broad contest edition with the hopes of hearing an extensive range of submissions from country music to grunge.

The contest for this month ends on the 27th. To submit a song the entry must be a track that was originally released between January 1, 1990-December 31 1999. Contestants can register as a Free Nations member, to submit their song and to get the latest news on concert announcements, ticket pre-sale opportunities and other opportunities to win prizes.
