Promo & Imaging Voice Talent Matt Williams Rocks the VOX Talk Podcast
Voices.com recently hired voice talent Matt Williams to record a new show intro for their podcast, VOX Talk, the #1 voice over industry podcast.
Toronto, Canada, May 12, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Every week, Voices.com and a team of voice talent correspondents produce an action-packed episode of the VOX Talk podcast complete with industry news, business advice, technology tutorials, and feedback from the world of voice over. This past month, VOX Talk celebrated its 25th episode and kicked off episode 26 with some brand new imaging and promo work by Illinois-based voice over talent Matt Williams, including a new intro for the podcast, episode numbers and a revamp for the VOX Box segment.
Matt Williams’ voice is synonymous with Voices.com’s VOX Talk podcast. Matt was first commissioned by Voices.com (then InteractiveVoices.com) to produce their company podcast music and voice overs in 2005, together introducing podcasting to the voice industry as well as the community at Voices.com. Over the years, his awe inspiring delivery and passionate interpretations of the script have sent listeners into overdrive, branding VOX Talk with ingenious charisma and authority.
When asked about his involvement with the VOX Talk podcast, Matt Williams intimated, “Getting started in voiceovers is difficult to near impossible unless you grew up around it, know someone in the industry or worked in a parallel field. So to have an outlet for beginners to established voiceover actors to learn about their craft is a goldmine. Not only do I get to be a part of the production of the podcast by introducing segments, I actually get to learn more about what it is we do. Each segment has something for us to grab on to and bring into our own careers every week. If you haven’t gone to iTunes and subscribed… uh, what are you waiting for?”

About Matt Williams Voice Over
Matt Williams got his start in radio doing voiceovers on the side. After he was “released” from my radio duties Matt started his own local voiceover production company out of his home in 2003 that catered to commercial clients by offering a databank of good voiceover talent. With much more knowledge, some voice over training and having a professionally produced demo finally in his hot little hands he became Matt Williams Voice Over full-time in 2006. Outside of auditioning for spots, recording client copy and taking care of the self-employed business issues Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and their four children in west central Illinois.
Matt Williams has been blessed to have worked for clients all across the US and Canada including such recent clients as John Deere, Pontiac, CBS 2 Chicago, Servalite, DelRay Credit, Sheraton-Grand-Horseshoe Casino’s, Starrmatica Learning Systems and more.
