Realtors Walk for Cancer Research in NYC

Teaneck, NJ, May 14, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Realtors from RE/MAX Quality Homes in Teaneck, NJ participated in the 10th anniversary Revlon Run/ Walk for Womens Cancers. This event was held on May 5th, 2007 in Times Square.

Helping the community and people in general is what this group of Realtors vowed to do last week at this event. They walked a lengthy 5k from Times Square in NYC to Central Park and back. Contributing to Womens Cancer research brought them closer to helping those in need. They met people that lost loved ones due to cancer and we were surrounded with cancer survivors. They all felt their strength and it felt good to help the cause. Their help was greatly appreciated among the 40,000 people that attended. Traveling to the finish line was their commitment. Mile markers and support groups gave them inspiration to continue even though they began to tire as they approached the end. But they did it and it was great. All of the Realtors that participated plan on attending next years event.
