Arrowhead Grill Offers Special Romantic Dinner for Valentine’s Day
Glendale, AZ, February 03, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Chef Charles Schwerd and Arrowhead Grill is offering a specially prepared romantic meal for Valentine’s Day this year.
From 4 to 10 p.m., Valley couples can take advantage of a special Valentine’s Day dinner that includes a choice of one of six starters, eight entrees plus two surf and turf options, eight delectable sides and Schwerd’s delicious desserts.
Reservations are required for the $69.99 per person dinner. Gratuity and taxes are not included.
“It’s a terrific way to celebrate this special day with the one you love,” Schwerd said. “Arrowhead Grill is the perfect place to spend Valentine’s Day.”
Among the entrees offered is Arrowhead Grill’s signature Delmonico steak. Schwerd’s Delmonico recipe is the only authentic version served outside of New York City. He said chefs for years disagreed about how to prepare the original Delmonico steak until he came across the original recipe in The Epicurean, a complete book on the culinary arts written by Chef Charles Ranhofer. Arrowhead Grill’s steak is based on that recipe.
Starters for Valentine’s Day include a choice of Hog Island Kumamoto Oysters, Rhode Island style calamari, pretzel fondue or shrimp cocktail.
