Studio 5 Partnership Announces Promotions and Additions

Glen Rock, NJ, May 16, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Studio 5 Partnership, an award-winning architecture and planning firm is proud to announce the recent promotions of Josephine A. Coleman, AIA, to Associate and Veronica Quintero to full-time Architect I.

In addition to 5 years of construction experience, Mrs. Coleman has been practicing architecture for over 13 years in all aspects of design and construction. Her architectural experience includes the design and development of construction documentation for schools, retail, religious, commercial, industrial and transportation projects ranging from $3.0 million to $450 million. At Studio 5 Partnership, Josie served as Project Architect for the largest and most complex retail buildings at Ridge Hill Village, a new lifestyle center on 81.4 acres in Yonkers, NY. Her promotion was greatly influenced by her significant achievements, flawless record of success and 8 years of dedication to the firm.

She is currently entrusted to head several significant projects including alterations to the Historic Prow Building at the Bronx Terminal Market Site, perimeter protection for the Marine Air Terminal at LaGuardia Airport, and interior renovations to several supermarkets in New Jersey and Connecticut. As the company’s Cad Manager, she is also studying and planning for the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) into their office. Mrs. Coleman brings a wealth of industry experience and market knowledge to Studio 5 Partnership making her the driving force on their team.

Ms. Quintero obtained hands-on training serving as a student intern while attending New Jersey Institute of Technology and majoring in Architecture. As a result of her dedication and capabilities, Ms. Quintero will transition into the full-time Architect I position in late May 2007.

Other noteworthy additions to the Studio 5 Partnership team include Matthew F. Schappert, AIA, Jody Schornstein, AIA, Andrew C. Meletta and Rafael Perez. Mr. Schappert has an extensive background in urban commercial and multi-family residential design and construction and will serve as Project Architect. Mrs. Schornstein has extensive experience in high-end residential and commercial design and has also been given the position of Project Architect. Their proven leadership and commitment to success will help them execute Studio 5 Partnership's growth plans in the ever-expanding New Jersey market. Mr. Meletta and Mr. Perez will both serve as team members in the various project teams for commercial architecture and planning projects.
