Randy Jones Named President of the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council

Irvine, CA, February 06, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Randy Jones, SVP with Spectrum Commercial Lending, has been named President of the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council. This is his second term as President; he also served from 2004 to 2006. Randy is the only non-broker who has served as President in its 19 years of existence.

According to Mr. Jones, “Our Board is dedicated to further enhancing the quality of the LBCREC. We are looking to bring more of the local brokers into the organization, in addition to members who serve the supporting industries. Our other main goal is to have the best ever Annual Luncheon, scheduled for June 7, 2012. This year features a distinguished panel of real estate developers. Individual Annual Luncheon Committee Chairs have been appointed, and plans are underway already.”

The LBCREC is a networking group for the Long Beach and South Bay market, for all types of CRE professionals. This includes real estate brokers, property & asset management professionals, lenders, city government representatives, as well as professionals in the title insurance, escrow, design, and development fields.
