Allegiance Strengthens Executive Team with Key Hires
Salt Lake City, UT, May 16, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Allegiance, Inc., the premier provider of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solutions, today announced that it has added three key members to its executive staff. The company has hired J.D. Jeppson as vice president (VP) of sales, Terence Fugazzi as VP of demand marketing and Chris Cottle as VP of corporate marketing. The three executives bring to Allegiance significant entrepreneur, technology and senior-level management experience working with leading technology organizations. Driven by the growing demand for its EFM solutions, Allegiance has grown its staff from 10 employees at the beginning of 2006 to more than 55 at the beginning of May 2007.

Jeppson brings more than 14 years of experience in sales, business development and management to Allegiance. Most recently, he served as the director of regional sales for SurfControl, a provider of global on-demand, network and endpoint IT security solutions. Prior to SurfControl, Jeppson was the director of sales and manager of global partnerships and alliances for Nuance Communications, a global provider of enterprise software speech and imaging solutions for business and consumers. Previously, he helped build and direct sales organizations at Siebel Systems, Voice Systems Research and Callware Technologies. Jeppson earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Fugazzi joins Allegiance after serving as the director of online marketing for Studeo, a Salt Lake City-based interactive and direct marketing agency. Prior to Studeo, he spent five years at Altiris, Inc. in management roles such as director of e-business and director of corporate marketing. Fugazzi’s has an extensive background in B2B and B2C marketing with an emphasis on lead generation and acquisition marketing. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from California State University, Northridge.
Cottle comes to Allegiance from Tandberg Data, a $200 million data backup hardware manufacturer, where he served as vice president of marketing. Cottle started his career in 1990 marketing large technology brands for companies such as Iomega, Infocus, and Adaptec at Dahlin Smith White. He left DSW to start his own marketing company, Oxygen Studios, which was later sold to Caldera (now SCO). Cottle helped Caldera go public, acquire SCO and grow to over 600 employees. He left SCO to launch a health publishing company which was acquired in 2003. Cottle brings extensive experience in technology brand building, and B2B, B2C and general marketing.
