French Estate Agents Holt Immobilier Celebrate Their 10th Year in Business
Holt Immo’s tenth year in business is being marked by the launch of their new "search engine friendly" website http://www.holtimmo.eu . Holt Immobilier also now have their client reception and offices at their home address in La Souterraine.

Despite difficult economic times, both British and Dutch are still keen to move to the area. “The quantity of enquiries is much lower than five years ago, but the quality is much higher,” remarked Zoe Holt, “we have increased our internet presence and had our website rebuilt to become more competitive with search engines. In order to do this we employed the services of an internet and SEO expert.”
The launch of the new site has already seen an improvement in the number of enquiries. “The new site and our higher profile in search engine results combined with a series of new partnership arrangements with leading French property internet portals is already reaping dividends,” Paul Holt enthused.
Operating out of La Souterraine, Creuse department 23, Paul and Zoe Holt have seen many changes in the market during the decade. Incomers to the area have revived flagging rural communities, renovated farm buildings which otherwise would have eventually fallen to ruins.
