Jack Affleck Achieves Success with Vail Action Photography Campaign

The largest challenge faced by Jack and his team of pre and post production photography experts was to depict the vast size of the Vail Resort while also showcasing the athletic outdoors lifestyle available throughout the area with action photography shots. This imaging conflict meant that he coordinated the shoot carefully and mapped out the logistics of image perspective to ensure the correct approach.

During the seven-day shoot, Jack and his team utilized a number of innovative techniques using helicopters, professional athletes and video and lighting crews in order to create exceptional imagery that truly encapsulated the essence of the area. And the results were highly impressive.

The images were used across a wide variety of media publications, from magazines to online portals, as well as in the company’s direct marketing advertisements. Since the campaign concluded, Vail Mountain Resort has witnessed a large increase in the number of visitors to the area and experienced a 15% increase in revenues.
