For $50 per person, guests can enjoy dinner from menu that features: The Matthews House signature salad and rolls, bruschetta and ahi tuna, Chef Richard’s shrimp and grits station, chicken roulade stuffed with spinach and cheese, braised stuffed pork tenderloin, pasta primavera, and a Julienne vegetable medley, followed by a selection of delicious desserts.
