A Free Legal Redress Workshop

This is a free legal redress workshop for those facing foreclosures, repossesions, lawsuits with credit card companies, and child support issues.

Fort Lauderdale, FL, February 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Florida is one of the top five states whose homeowners have been affected by mortgage foreclosures. Therefore, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) has developed a program which provides grants for homeowners facing foreclosures called the “Hardest Hit.” Banks are assisting owners with refinancing options which include reducing the principle mortgage balance to current market values. Despite these programs, foreclosures continue to be filed at record rates daily.

To address this mortgage crisis, the Law Offices of E.F. Robinson, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; One Voice Children’s Law Center; P.N.C. Bank; Lee County HUD; and Anderson Law Group have partnered together to bring homeowners in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County some much needed debt relief. On Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012 at the African-American Research Library, 2650 Sistrunk Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, there will be a legal redress workshop which is free to the public. From 12:00pm to 8:00pm, community members may stop in and gather information to obtain real solutions to their mortgage problems.

Other debt solutions are also available at this legal workshop for those facing automobile repossessions, child support issues, and credit card lawsuits as attorneys, Gaila Anderson, Anderson Law Group, P.A., and Veronica Robinson, Law Offices of E.F. Robinson, PLLC., will be on site to answer legal questions in these consumer and family law related matters.
