Applies to natural gas furnaces rated at least 92 AFUE;
Loans of up to $20,000 available to cover materials and labor;
4.99 percent interest rate on terms of 3, 5 or 10 years;
No down payment required; and
Work must be performed by approved contractors/dealers.
