Pocket Cupid is an entertaining iPhone app that shoots arrows through the iPhone's camera at your intended (or any other favorite object) and surrounds them with a real-time halo of hearts.

Pocket Cupid Automatically snaps a picture with the halo of hearts and places it in a gilt-edged frame. The picture can then be saved, shared on Facebook or Tweeted to the world. Pocket Cupid also includes a super groovy Valentines sound track. Pocket Cupid is available now in the App Store.
