One of Two Official Hotels for NAFA's 2012 Institute & Expo is Now Sold Out
Registrations for NAFA's 2012 Institute & Expo in St. Louis continue to surpass numbers from previous years. One of two official conference hotels has already sold out, nearly two and a half months prior the conference.
Princeton, NJ, February 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The old business axiom says that location means everything. Choosing a location for an association's annual conference is no different. When NAFA Fleet Management Association sought a host city for its 2012 Institute & Expo, it selected St. Louis largely because of its central location within the United States. NAFA believed it would be an extremely attractive destination. Based on early registration and hotel reservations, the 2012 I&E looks to be one of the best conferences for NAFA within the past decade.
NAFA's 2012 Institute & Expo takes place April 21-24 at the America's Center. With nearly two and a half months to go, the Renaissance St. Louis Grand Hotel -- one of the two official conference hotels -- is already completely sold out. The Association is urging attendees to make their reservations at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark where the Association has reserved a large block of rooms at a discounted rate.
The Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark (1 South Broadway) connects attendees with an innovative guest experience. A walk outside its doors puts guests just steps away from Busch Stadium -- home of baseball's World Series champions, the St. Louis Cardinals (and site of NAFA's Roadeo); the Gateway Arch; Edward Jones Dome -- home of the St. Louis Rams; the Riverfront; restaurants; and all of St. Louis' major attractions.
With a stunning architectural design featuring a soaring lobby, spectacular city views of Busch Stadium and Gateway Arch, stylish accommodations, luxurious facilities, concierge amenities, and a first-rate array of food and beverage venues, the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark promises a memorable stay. The hotel is a leisurely 10-minute walk to America's Center, and shuttle service will be provided to and from the Hilton for I&E attendees.
