Tech Collective Honored with Marketing and Public Relations Award
“Resource Guide for the Rhode Island Bioscience Industry” receives an Excellence Award from the Southeastern New England Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
Providence, RI, February 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Tech Collective, Rhode Island’s industry association for the Bioscience and Information Technology industries, was recognized with an Excellence Award from the Southeastern New England Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA/SENE) for its 2011 “Resource Guide for the Rhode Island Bioscience Industry.”
Winning in the category of Excellence in Tactics: Newsletter/ Magazine/Brochure, the “Resource Guide for the Rhode Island Bioscience Industry” details an industry overview, workforce, wage, and LMI data, career information, a glossary of bioscience terms, and additional resources. It was distributed to the netWORKri One Stop Centers to aid staff in addressing employer and client needs and questions regarding the industry.
The PRSA/SENE Excellence Awards recognize outstanding public relations strategies and tactics across a spectrum of specialty areas. Entries are judged on research, planning, execution and evaluation. Award recipients were announced at the 2nd Annual Excellence Awards ceremony held on January 31st, 2012 at McCormick & Schmick’s in Providence.
