Coldwell Banker Broker Tapped to Head Lancaster Realtor Association - Real Estate Industry Leader in Pennsylvania Recognized for Achievements

Lancaster, PA, February 17, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Lancaster County Association of Realtors recently elevated broker Quentin Miller of Coldwell Banker Select Professionals to the office of 2012 President, overseeing the activities of the 1,300 member organization based in Manheim Township PA. LCAR members service the entire Lancaster County, PA real estate market. In appointing Miller the 85th LCAR President at the annual banquet in January 2012, association officials lauded Miller’s contributions to the real estate industry over a twenty-plus year career here.

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Quentin Miller began his real estate career in 1987 within the construction field, specializing in the refurbishing of older buildings and creating a rental business managing the properties he refurbished. In the early 1990s, Quentin used his experience in development, construction and management to begin his real estate sales career specializing in new construction. In 1999, Quentin teamed up with longtime associate Ryan Hess and the next chapter began.

After a successful sales run together, the partners opened their own real estate brokerage and mortgage company. Not afraid of out-of-the-box thinking, rapid response to changing market conditions and pushing to deliver the best customer service possible, the partners expanded and opened Select Building Services, Select Property Association Management and Guardian Transfer, providing ancillary real estate services under one roof. Later the ClearSpan Agency was added to include insurance services.

In 2008, the partners joined the Coldwell Banker family and are currently doing business as Coldwell Banker Select Professionals. Since the opening of the Coldwell Banker franchise, through key mergers and acquisitions as well as new start-up branch offices, the company has expanded to 10 offices serving eight Central Pennsylvania counties. The brokerage has won multiple Coldwell Banker National and Regional awards, including a recent award for the top office in the state of Pennsylvania.
