Registration will start at 9:30 a.m. The course, which will last from 10 a.m. through 11:30 a.m., will be held on Sat., Feb. 25th at the Palm Gardens at Doral located at 7310 NW 114 Avenue, Doral, Fla. This seminar is part of the statewide Continental Certified Educational Program Series and is open to any HOA board and committee member who wishes to attend.

With a focus on the rights and responsibilities of their undertaken role, participants will be provided with guidance in the areas of service provision, physical asset management and becoming an effective advocate for the community. These include Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R), Master Deeds, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Resolutions.
