Atlanta, GA, February 20, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Montlick & Associates is proud to partner with Children Without A Voice, USA (CWAV) as the Founding Sponsor of A4K; a youth ambassadors for kids club whose mission is to prevent and stop bullying and other forms of abuse in our schools and communities. The A4K club is a national, non-profit youth organization dedicated to keeping America’s children safe. Membership is free to any child that joins the club and takes the pledge. The A4K club empowers youth to stand up and speak out when they see another child being bullied.

Bullying is a serious issue that has devastating effects on children. Sadly, statistics show that over 50% of kids will be bullied. Each day 160,000 students miss school for fear of being bullied, and 282,000 students are physically attacked in secondary schools each month. The incidence of mental and verbal bullying is even higher, and social media and texting have made things much worse. “Every day we see stories in the news of a child being bullied, and the most tragic is when we see that a child has taken their own life because they were bullied.
