Wildgen Announces the Appointment of Two Partners, Three Directors and Three Senior Associates
Wildgen, Partners in Law, a leading Luxembourg-based business law firm, is delighted to announce the latest company career moves: David Maria and Anne-Laure Jabin were elected to partners and three Directors and three Senior Associates were appointed.

His expertise is recognised by his peers and clients, he continues to bolster the firm’s tax practice, keeping Wildgen a forerunner on the global scene.
Anne-Laure Jabin has been appointed Partner too. She contends with contentious and non-contentious employment matters and has vast experience in administrative law. As an expert, Anne-Laure is frequently invited as a conference speaker; she is also in charge of the drafting of the JurisNews - Regard sur le Droit Administratif, a monthly publication focused on administrative law.
Wildgen has strengthened its Dispute Resolution and Business Litigation teams with the new directorship of Jackye Elombo. Expert in many realms of civil and commercial litigation, Jackye offers a broad range of experience in Contract Law, Labour Law, and Social Security matters. Gregor H. Berke, whose strong knowledge about investment funds, capital markets and banking & finance regulation is well-established in Luxembourg and beyond, has also been appointed as a Director. To round out the directorships, they add Mevlüde-Aysun Tokbag who, along with her primary focus in Banking & Finance, is fully seasoned in Capital Markets, Investment Funds, and Insurance matters.
Three lawyers have been promoted to Senior Associates: Laurie-Anne Takerkart-Wolf and Luis Marques Guilherme, both of whom specialise in Corporate law and M&A, and Eric Perru whose expertise includes debt collection matters, civil and commercial litigation.
