National Office Systems Adds Furniture Systems Ace Tara Rohland to Sales Team
National Office Systems (NOS) has named office furniture sales veteran Tara Rohland to its sales force.
Gaithersburg, MD, February 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- National Office Systems (NOS), the nation’s leading provider of storage and information management systems, www.nosinc.com/index.php/solutions/high-density-shelving, has named office furniture sales veteran Tara Rohland to its sales force.
The arrival of Rohland complements the company’s sales of high density and mobile shelving products, asset-management and storage systems, and custom-design and installation services which NOS has offered to companies, professional firms and government agencies for three decades.
Rohland comes to NOS from Baltimore-based David Burrows Ltd,, where she was a manurfacturers representative for contract furniture and textile companies, and she brings an extensive background of retail and contract sales. At NOS, she will add sales of the company’s mobile shelving and storage units, radio-frequency identification applications, and asset-tracking and records-management software to her list of specialties.
Joe Alvarez, NOS principal, says Rohland will be a key player in the company’s growth. “Tara’s a real spark plug,” he says. “She has it all -- energy, enthusiasm and expertise.” Alvarez says that Rohland has a talent for quickly understanding her clients’ operations and matching them with the exact product or service they need. “Fulfilling her clients’ needs is always Tara’s first priority, and that fits with our customer-driven core values.”
Rohland graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC with a degree in recreational therapy. A triathalon competitor, she resides in Reston, where she enjoys golfing, skiing and boxing. She grew up in Northern Virginia and is an alumna of Pope Paul VI High School in Fairfax, VA.
The unified team approach at NOS is very impressive, she says. “The comraderie and support are phenomenal and contribute so much to the growth of each rep and the company as a whole. Everyone has a lot to share. I look forward to being part of that.”
From its Montgomery County headquarters, NOS has helped companies, government agencies, professional practices and institutions improve productivity, reduce costs and save space for three decades. In addition to its shelving and storage units, NOS is the nation’s largest provider of automated storage and retrieval systems, biometric asset protection, radio frequency identification applications, and asset-tracking and records-management software. The company has played critical roles in LEED gold, silver and bronze designations for using recycled materials in the installation of replacement shelving and for recycling the older units.
