Noble Manhattan Launch Their Training Programmes in the Kingdom of Bahrain
What the managers learned and what they brought back with them to each of their companies was not only a better understanding of the concepts and techniques of coaching.
Dorset, United Kingdom, February 23, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Noble Manhattan is delighted to announce that last week its founder and CEO, Gerard O’Donovan, launched some of its life and corporate coach training programmes in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This exciting development was available to 150 managers and lasted over a period of seven days. During this time, Gerard worked with individual managers from three different organizations and had them go through each of the coaching programs and workshops of Noble Manhattan. The managers were first provided with the theoretical background for coaching. Then they were shown how coaching is effectively done in the corporate setting before they were asked to practise the coaching techniques. The managers then had a better understanding of how coaching should be done at work and which techniques work best with their teams.
At the end of the training that Gerard facilitated he noted that the managers embraced the coaching techniques wholeheartedly. He also said that the managers were individually committed to using the coaching tools that they were now equipped with to realize improvements in each of their teams in the Gulf area.
What the managers learned and what they brought back with them to each of their companies was not only a better understanding of the concepts and techniques of coaching. They also brought back with them tools that will help manage their teams and improve each of their team members. Through the coaching techniques that managers learned, they’ll help make their team members much more productive by coaching each one to success. These managers will definitely be great examples of how effective coaching can help make a business more productive.
