Local Portable Toilet Company Featured on TV’s “Only In America” with Larry the Cable Guy
Woodbridge, NJ, February 23, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Local portable toilet company Mr. John was featured on an episode of Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy, on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
The popular TV series takes a one-of-a-kind look at America through the eyes of lovable blue collar comedian, Larry the Cable Guy. Larry travels the country to explore various topics and presents viewers with a unique perspective brought about by his uncanny ability to delve in to the human side of each topic.
The California film crew visited the company’s Glen Gardner NJ facility in early August to shoot footage for the episode which offers a behind the scenes look at a portable toilet rental business. The filming focused on the daily activities of a portable toilet Service Technician, including working in the shop as well as servicing portable toilets out in the field.
Throughout the day, the popular star of the show, Larry the Cable Guy, proved his down to earth reputation with hands on participation of every aspect of the job. From scrubbing toilets to riding a service route, Larry met each challenge with steadfast tenacity and offered a true to life depiction of the work punctuated with his own special brand of humor. Larry was joined on camera by Mr. John General Manager Steve Bisbee.
“While we were thrilled to take part in this project,” said Viola Sarkantyus, Marketing Manager, “we also hope our participation will give viewers new appreciation of our industry and especially of the tough and challenging work our Field Service Technicians do every day.”
Mr. John portable toilets have been used for many film and TV shows and also sometimes appear in them.
