Launch of the New Maison Cailler Brand and Its Personalised Pralines
Broc, Switzerland, February 24, 2012 --(PR.com)-- From today, customers based in Switzerland and Liechtenstein will be able to order luxury Maison Cailler chocolates online. During a presentation to the press at the Chocolate Centre of Excellence in Broc on Tuesday, Chief Executive of Nestlé S.A. Laurent Freixe officially inaugurated the online release of the new website www.MaisonCailler.com. From now on, customers can order their tasting box to determine their tasting profile and then receive a selection of pralines that suit their chocolate personality. "We're striving for the ideal: total harmony between the chocolate and the person sampling it," says Cédric Lacroix, Director of Maison Cailler “It is a perfect gift for loved ones.”
Made in the chocolate factory in Broc, the chocolates, which are all the same size and shape are either combined in five different assortments, or offered in a box of one or two chocolates of the same variety. Presented in boxes with one to five layers, the Maison Cailler chocolates are supplied with a guide explaining the characteristics of a given "chocolate personality" and their personality traits. The recipient can share their personality online on their Facebook profile and on the Maison Cailler Facebook page.
Within 48 hours of the order, or on a date selected by the customer, a top-of-the-range tracking service selects a fresh box of chocolates according to the personal preferences of the recipient. The box is then sent in a packaging designed to provide optimal protection while preserving the freshness of the chocolates. Freshness is essential to prevent the tastes and aromas going stale. Great efforts are therefore made to prepare the chocolates by hand on request and deliver them in record time.
Through its website, Maison Cailler also offers a whole range of services adapted to the modern way of life: a Twitter thread to announce new recipes, a team to answer the questions of customers and the chance to get into the kitchens of the master chocolate makers via webcam, to see the Moléson or watch the cows that graze in the area and produce the milk for the chocolate factory.
