Cincinnati, OH, February 26, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Treo Realtors proudly announced today that the Broker and Owner of the Real Estate Firm, Treo Realtors, will be featured on Home and Garden Television (HGTV) as he showcases homes to first time buyers on the hit reality show House Hunters. The episode was shot in October of 2011 on location throughout the northeast quadrant of Cincinnati.
The Episode titled "Ohio Family Needs More Space" will be airing this Monday, February 27, 2012 at 9:30pm on HGTV. The show synopsis as listed on HGTV.com is as follows:
"Brian, a fireman, and his wife Brandi Jo, a cop, are on the hunt for their first home in Montgomery, Ohio. After having their third child, they decided it's time to find a place with more space. But, they want more than enough bedrooms for their three kids and an open kitchen. They want extra garage space to house everything from motorcycles to ATV's, a large lot and possibly a pool."
"It's an honor to assist in bringing House Hunters to the City of Cincinnati," said Brett Keppler, Broker and Owner of Treo Realtors. "This is a great opportunity to market the affordability of real estate to young professionals and relocating homebuyers from across the country."
The episode is airing at a time when the local real estate market is experiencing falling values and longer days on market. "I hope the episode brings attention to the excitement and benefits of owning a home and more buyers will begin to enter the market," Brett says.
The homebuyers featured on the show looked at two homes in the City of Montgomery and one in Miami Township. Featured local footage will include the Montgomery Inn, the Lockland Fire Station, and Sycamore Junior High School.
