"Action Photo Contest" Presented by TransRockies Events

Calgary, Canada, February 26, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Transrockies Events is excited to offer a fun photo contest providing outdoor sports enthusiasts the opportunity to share their photos for the chance to win entry to several TransRockies Events. Entrants can upload, for voting by their peers, photos of themselves participating in mountain biking, running, cycling or any outdoor sport. Images can be funny, inspiring, beautiful, crazy or scary (no nudes please!).

The winner will be entitled to choose from one of the following:
1) Entry to the TransRockies Challenge TR4 or
2) Entry to the Gore-Tex TransRockies Run TR3 or
3) Entry to the The North Face Rundle’s Revenge Donkey Lite, the Gran Fondo Highwood Pass and a team entry to the Canadian Rockies HeliRun or
4) $800 toward entry to any Trail Strider’s Running Vacation.

Submissions will be accepted at http://promoshq.wildfireapp.com/website/6/contests/197007 or through www.transrockies.com beginning Friday February 24th, 2012 and continue through Friday March 30th, 2012. At the end of the submission period the voting period will begin and conclude on Saturday April 14th, 2012. The winner will be announced on Monday April 16th, 2012.
