Second Annual Metro Moms Expo to be Held in Hoboken, NJ
Local Vendors, Parenting & Career Workshops, Networking Opportunities and More – Specially Designed for Urban Parents
Hoboken, NJ, February 28, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Raising children in a busy, fast-paced urban area can add a unique layer of challenges to the complex task of parenting. In an effort to provide a one-stop shop for metro moms (and dads), the second annual Metro Moms Expo will be held Saturday, March 24, 2011, from 10am-2pm at The Rue Gym (301 Garden Street) in Hoboken.
More than 40 local vendors, offering products and services such as child care, home safety, yoga classes and more will be on hand and attendees will also have the option to attend one of 8 scheduled workshops and presentations throughout the day. The Expo highlight is the Career Bootcamp. Led by Silicon Valley insider and business author Dustin Weeks, find out how to transition to a family-friendly job and/or launch a new business using social media and technology. There will also be giveaways of valuable prizes and an opportunity for local parents to network with hundreds of other attendees during lunch.
