Tina Byrd Joins Lincoln Property Company as Senior Property Manager
Lincoln Property Company has hired Tina Byrd as a Senior Property Manager to manage the newly renamed and remodeled Camelback Square in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Phoenix, AZ, February 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Desert West Region office of Lincoln Property Company, a full-service real estate firm providing property management, receivership services, leasing, development and construction management, has hired Tina Byrd as a Senior Property Manager.
Byrd is responsible for managing the newly renamed and remodeled Camelback Square, located at the southwest corner of Camelback Road and Goldwater Boulevard, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Lincoln Property Company acquired the property, formerly Camelback Executive Park, in 2011. The 172,690 square foot, three-story building is located at 6991 East Camelback Road, near the prestigious intersection of Scottsdale and Camelback Roads in Scottsdale. Major tenants of the property include Mastro’s City Hall Steakhouse, Ashton Woods Homes and Pacific Coast Mortgage.

Prior to joining the Lincoln Property Company, Byrd managed an eight building portfolio of office properties in the Scottsdale area. Her experience also includes managing an office and industrial portfolio of over 800,000 square feet in the Phoenix market with Opus Property Services/NorthMarq Real Estate Services.
Byrd holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She also holds an Arizona Real Estate License. Byrd is a resident of Scottsdale, Arizona.
