Men's skincare market leader MenScience acquires the product sampling company His Black Box, Inc.
Miami, FL, February 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- MenScience Androceuticals LLC (“MenScience”), the market leader in premium men’s skincare and nutrition products, has acquired men’s product sampling leader, His Black Box, Inc. (“HBB”). The acquisition includes the purchase of subscribers, certain supplier contracts, inventory and other assets from HBB. In connection with the purchase, MenScience and HBB will also enter into a strategic affiliate arrangement where MenScience will source new customers from HBB.

Founded in 2011, His Black Box, Inc. partners with prestige men’s brands to reach their target demographic online. The HBB platform deploys thousands of products from more than 15 market leading brands to consumers in the U.S. and internationally on a monthly basis. Consumers can experiment with products they typically would not come across while enjoying greater privacy, convenience and affordability.
