Innovation Direct™ Set to Represent Foot Rest Board Invention to Potential Licensees

Miami, FL, February 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- An innovative new product designed to make a common practice in many homes a much more comfortable proposition, the Foot Rest Board, has been developed by Gerrick Manley of Dania Beach, Florida. The invention's unique design allows its users to fully enjoy the comfort their bed can potentially provide.

The bed is customarily seen as a place of rest and relaxation, but this does not mean that it always offers the perfect environment for it. One of the more common problems is that there is no natural foot or leg support when someone wants to sit on the side of a bed and read, write, or eat, to cite some examples. The only alternative to this is bringing a stool, chair, or other object to the side of the bed in order to rest one's feet on. Attempting to just hang one's legs off the bed without any support is not a comfortable option, as numbness often develops after just a brief period of time.

The Foot Rest Board will give its users support when sitting up, reading, writing, or eating on their beds. It will eliminate the chances of pain or numbness resulting from letting ones legs hang from the side of a bed without support. The product will work well with any design of bed and will attach quickly and easily. It will also boast space saving qualities when not in full use, making it unobtrusive in the bedroom. The Foot Rest Board will eliminate the hassle of having to bring other items, such as a stool or chair, into the bedroom to prop ones legs on. It will also enhance the look of any bed it is placed on.

Mr. Manley now seeks a third party licensee to manufacture, market, and distribute the product for him under a royalty agreement. Potential licensees in the personal comfort accessories industry are currently being targeted as candidates to eventually commercialize Foot Rest Board on a worldwide basis.
