QA Graphics Hires IT Support Specialist
QA Graphics, a Des Moines-based creative design firm, has expanded creating an IT support role responsible for customer service in relation to the installation, configuration and maintenance of their software and hardware solutions.
Ankeny, IA, March 05, 2012 --(PR.com)-- QA Graphics, a Des Moines-based interactive design firm, is proud to announce the hiring of Mat Wolff. Matt has been hired as QA Graphics’ new IT support specialist.
This is a new position at the company. As the use of QA Graphics’ Energy Efficiency Education Dashboard® solution continues to increase throughout the country, QA Graphics created this position to have a dedicated support person on staff to help to train clients on how to implement the solution. In this role, Matt will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of support requests in regards to installation, configuration and maintenance of the software and hardware.
Prior to joining QA Graphics, Matt worked at Best Buy for three and a half years as a counter intelligence agent where he gained experience in software and hardware installation and configuration. Matt was also president of the Viewpoint Committee, in which he was responsible for planning, organizing special events for the store, employee training and other in-store activities. Matt will be responsible for customer service, troubleshooting and providing recommendations and his knowledge of information systems and IT management methodologies will also allow him to test and evaluate the latest visualization solutions as QA Graphics continues to develop new products and services.
