Localscope Updated to v2.1 - New Features, Improvements, Fixes and More
With the new update, Localscope introduces a new interactive full screen map view for any location found using integrated services within Localscope. The new version implements the iOS5 Twitter integration enabling a newer, sleeker way of sharing locations via Twitter. Localscope v2.1 extends support for Turkish language, and is now available in 20 languages.

Localscope as a Location browser enables discovery and search of diverse local information, connecting people with new places of interest around them. It does this by aggregating geo tagged information from 11 different local search engines, social networks and media sharing services. With the new full screen map made available for each result, the user can get a quick bird's eye view of the point of interest and its surroundings and navigate to it using one of the 12 integrated navigation apps.

Localscope v2.1 adds improvements to the YouTube and Facebook results. YouTube results now show fresher video content around a location while the Facebook source has been tweaked to present more relevant results replete with counters for check-ins and likes for a location.
Nestled alongside these features is the support for Turkish language. With the latest addition in languages supported by Localscope, it now extends support to 20 languages enabling iOS users worldwide to use Localscope on their devices in their native language.
