Booster Juice Partners with Poelman Contruction and Ware Malcomb Architects to Buildout Stores in Nor Cal; First Store Opens in Rocklin/Roseville Sat. June 2nd 2007

Rocklin, CA, May 23, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Booster Juice of Portland, Oregon announced today they have partnered with Poelman construction and Ware Malcomb architects to complete the first of four stores in Northern California. Their first store is 95% complete and is slated to open in Rocklin/Roseville area Saturday, June 2nd, said Jon Amack, president and co-founder of Booster Juice.

“We are very excited to be a part of this new “Juice and Smoothie Concept” with Booster Juice. This concept should do very well here in Northern California,” says Ken Poelman of Poelman Construction.

The store will offer 25 varieties of smoothies and a dozen fresh squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Customers can choose one of the 10 nutritional supplement “boosters” that add a kick to the smoothies. Additionally, Booster Juice goes beyond smoothies and offers fresh delicious Panini’s, quesadillas and wrap sandwiches.
